We didn't set out
to be ordinary.
We set out to create worlds.
Fantasma Games was founded on a single conviction: that the casino industry was producing a sea of identical experiences, and that players and operators deserved something worth coming back to.

The industry had a content problem. We had the solution.
By 2016, the online casino industry was producing thousands of slot titles a year. Virtually all of them looked the same, played the same, and felt the same.
We saw the gap
What if you built slots the way you build video games? Start with a world. Build characters with personality. Design mechanics that serve the story rather than the other way around. Then make it mobile-first, because that’s where players actually are.
That philosophy runs deeper than the concept
How a character moves, how a win lands, how a world breathes, animation isn't something we apply at the end. It's how we think from the first frame. Each game is meticulously crafted. Each detail holds purpose.
Fantasma Games was the answer to that question
Not a slot factory, a creative studio that happens to operate in the casino space. One rooted in Stockholm, where Sweden's design culture has spent decades building things meant to last. That's not a coincidence. It's in the DNA of every studio that has come out of here, and it's in ours.
Founded in Stockholm
2016
A group of iGaming and video game veterans establish Fantasma Games in Stockholm. The founding thesis, bring video game thinking into casino slots, is set from day one. So is the slogan: Slots Beyond Gaming.
First three titles launch
2017
Samurai Ken, Spooky 5000, and Super Sumo go live, all built for one-handed mobile play with a strong emphasis on character and animation.
Portfolio expands
2018
Three new releases in a single year push the studio's visual and mechanical ambitions further. Distribution agreements with major platform partners begin widening the studio's reach across European regulated markets.
Megaways license
Flower Fortunes becomes a breakout hit
2019
Fantasma licenses the Megaways engine, releasing Flower Fortunes Megaways and Medallion Megaways. Flower Fortunes, with five distinct math modules, becomes one of the network's best-performing games.
Heroes Hunt Megaways
2020
The RPG-slot Heroes Hunt launched and introduced unlockable characters, class-based modifiers, and a Dragon Free Spins finale. Up to 46,656 ways to win, 96.65% RTP, 26,000x max win. It was widely praised for bringing role-playing depth to the slot format.
US debut. Two states certified
2022
Fantasma clears regulatory certification in its first two US states and goes live with tier-one American operators.
Gold Pigger launches
2024
Gold Pigger arrives with a dynamic math model rarely used in the industry due to its complexity. Player KPIs exceed pre-launch expectations by over 100%. Gold Pigger 2 Royal Snouts follows in December, establishing the series as a studio flagship.
Part of the EveryMatrix family
2024
Fantasma is acquired by EveryMatrix, a company that shared the same vision as us and believed in our content from day one.
The operators who chose something different
Over 200 operators in more than 25 markets have added Fantasma titles to their lobbies. Not because they needed to fill a slot count, but because their players respond to games that feel genuinely distinct. Global tier-one operators chose us because the common thread is an audience that wants more than another spin.
All over the world
Fantasma Games titles are certified across 20+ regulated markets in Europe, Latin America, and the United States. Certification isn't just a compliance formality, it's the foundation that lets operators add our games with confidence.
